Conventions and Round-Up formats are usually open meetings, such as speaker meetings after dinner, workshops on sea days, and sunrise meetings for early birds. Of course these vary from attendance and itinerary. Groups will vary in size from small to large and you are guaranteed to meet some great folks from all over! As the group leader, you assist in scheduling meetings and inviting the guest speakers on your cruise. And you just might be able to earn a free cruise!
